About Parkside Village at Forsyth

A community of good neighbors

Parkside Village at Forsyth is a neighborhood of 36 homes nestled in Central Forsyth County, Georgia, alongside beautiful Sawnee Mountain. We're proud to call this area home and value the sense of community that comes from living in a neighborhood where we share more than just a street address.

Whether you've lived here for years or are just getting settled in, Parkside Village is a place we all help shape. From welcoming new neighbors to enjoying community gatherings and keeping our neighborhood looking its best, the little things we do together make a difference.

Our Neighborhood's History

Parkside Village has its roots in the former Grogan family land, a piece of Forsyth County that would eventually become home to our neighborhood. The land was purchased for the subdivision in 2005, and construction of the homes began in 2007. The neighborhood gradually took shape over the following years, with the final home completed in 2013.

Today, our 36 homes make up a small community in a part of Forsyth County known for its natural beauty and proximity to Sawnee Mountain. While our neighborhood has grown from its beginnings, its story continues through the people who live here and the community we build together.

Our Homeowners Association

The Parkside Village at Forsyth Homeowners Association (HOA) helps support and maintain our shared community. The HOA is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of fellow homeowners who work to manage the association's finances, oversee neighborhood affairs, uphold our community's governing documents, and help address issues that affect our neighborhood.

Our goal is to preserve the quality of our community, protect the interests of our homeowners, and help keep Parkside Village a great place to live.

Stay Connected

Good communication helps make a good neighborhood even better. This website, powered by PayHOA, is a central place for homeowners to access HOA information, review account details, find community guidelines, and keep up with neighborhood news and events.

Every homeowner can create a free PayHOA account to access available resources and manage their HOA information. We encourage everyone to take advantage of these tools and stay involved in what's happening around the neighborhood.

Our Community, Our Home

A great neighborhood is built by the people who live in it. We encourage residents to get to know their neighbors, share ideas, participate in community events, and help make Parkside Village at Forsyth a welcoming place for everyone.

We're glad you're here, and we're happy to call this community home!
